My name is Janet Hussey and I am privileged to have the best ‘job’ in the world. I am an authorised marriage celebrant, and I live and work in and around Melbourne and Victoria.
I have a deep commitment to making your ceremony a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable occasion. As an authorised celebrant, I celebrate life at all of its stages, but the most important thing is how I do it. The first question I ask is, “What do you want for your ceremony?”. I take genuine pride in conducting quality ceremonies in a natural way, with sensitivity and attention to detail. Your ceremony will be individually researched and prepared to your unique circumstances.

Recommendation
I came to Melbourne in November, 2001, with my friend Charlotte Eulette. We were hoping to launch celebrancy in America, and had come to observe Australian celebrants.
Janet Hussey was recommended to us as one of the best, and she did not disappoint! We attended several of her ceremonies, and found them to be outstanding; beautifully written and delivered, with great sensitivity to the feelings and needs of her clients.
